How Does The Laundry Service Work?

 

It begins with us picking up your laundry from your residence, where you work, or other designated location. We will sort your laundry according to lights, darks, and linens. After which, we will safely wash each load with the high-quality detergent (Tide, Gain, All, Etc.) you choose from the list available at no extra cost or you can provide your own. Clothes are washed and dried in separate machines for each customer, according to the preferences you setup. 

 

Once your laundry has been thoroughly washed and dried, we will neatly fold your clothes to avoid wrinkles and to potentially reduce the need for ironing touch-ups. The freshly washed, dried and folded laundry will then be stacked in small bundles, wrapped, placed in your laundry bag to be hand-delivered to your door for the utmost convenience!  You can also make a special request to have clothes put on hangers. Finally, all you have to do is unwrap the clothes and put them away. 

 

 

 

 

 

Terms of Service

NoLaundry4U services are provided subject to the Customer’s compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.  This agreement is strictly between NoLaundry4U and the customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.    

 

We will make every reasonable effort to maintain a high standard of quality and service. However,

 

 

  • NoLaundry4U accepts all to be laundered garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count unless customer requests this service and is willing to complete a form detailing all items in laundry bag at the time of pick-up.
  • NoLaundry4U will not be held responsible for any damage, size change, and color change or otherwise variant in appearance occurring through normal washing procedure. All due care will be taken to ensure that customers clothing remains in the same condition it was given to NoLaundry4U except clean.
  • NoLaundry4U is not responsible for lost article(s) unless it can be proven that the Company was responsible for the loss.
  • NoLaundry4U is not responsible for damage to garments labelled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking these labels in customers' garments. Please check garments before placing in laundry bag.
  • NoLaundry4U is not responsible for garments not placed in the bag upon pick-up.
  • NoLaundry4U is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else.  NoLaundry4U is also not responsible for items left in clothing (i.e. ink pen, markers, lip balm, etc.) that may result in damage to clothing during wash.  The Customers agree not to leave such items in items of clothing or in the delivery bags.
  • NoLaundry4U is not responsible for and shall not pay for, any loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended for pick-up or delivery, whether left by Customer or NoLaundry4U if NoLaundry4U followed Customers delivery instructions.
  • NoLaundry4U reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any garment.
  • NoLaundry4U does not guarantee removal of all stains.  The Customer should inform NoLaundry4U if any items being picked-up require spot cleaning.  In such case, NoLaundry4U will make every effort to remove any stains present at the time of wash, and may, at their discretion rewash garments at customer request if brought to our attention no longer than 3 days from the original wash of the specified item, but NoLaundry4U does not, in any fashion, guarantee the removal of any stain or soiling through its washing process.
  • NoLaundry4U GUARANTEES to be discrete. All of your personal items will stay personal. Nothing placed in our laundry bags will ever be made public.
  • NoLaundry4U will provide Pick-up and Deliveries Monday through Friday.
  • NoLaundry4U will arrange pick-up and deliveries times according to the customer’s needs.
  • NoLaundry4U reserves the right to modify the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.
  • Customer must notify NoLaundry4U of any changes in Pick-Up or Drop-Off time at least 3 hours before scheduled time if customer has indicated they must be present for Pick-Up or Drop-Off rather than allowed to Pick-Up or Drop-Off from “porch or other designated location”.
  • NoLaundry4U accepts no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear during washing and drying.
  • Customer must notify NoLaundry4U within 3 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitute waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
  • The NoLaundry4U liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred.
  • This liability shall be the extent of NoLaundry4U liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will The NoLaundry4U be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not NoLaundry4U knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. NoLaundry4U disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.
  • Customer must pay the charges agreed upon prior to or upon delivery of Laundry.
  • An invoice will be available prior to Drop Off by NoLaundry4U via phone, text, and/or email.
  • If the customer chooses to complete a form detailing contents of the laundry being picked up… Then, the customer hereby states that all information provided on the list is accurate; NoLaundry4U is not responsible for any items not listed on the invoice. If any items are not on the checklist, NoLaundry4U reserves the right to complete the service, based on the items in the bag.  If there is a discrepancy between what is listed and what the actual contents of the bag is upon careful examination, NoLaundry4U reserves the right, without notice to the customer, to make the final determination of the bags actual content. Customer consents with such changes; NoLaundry4U does not consent to the accuracy of any inventory sheet filled out by our customers.
  • NoLaundry4U will utilize facilities of its choice to conduct its business, without notice to customer. NoLaundry4U may change its vendors or outsourcing agents.
  • This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
